The whole world in Munich! From 20 to 24 February 2019, Bavaria's largest experience and sales fair f.re.e will be all about leisure action and the most beautiful travel destinations - from outdoor sports to wellness.
No matter what type of traveller you are, whether you're a health-conscious outdoor sports enthusiast or a fan of luxury cruises - f.re.e 2019 has seven themed areas with offers and information on every conceivable travel and leisure topic. Here is an overview:
The outdoor area (Hall C5) offers everything for adventurers: from the ideal hiking rucksack to equipment and gadgets for sport climbing, free climbing, bouldering or.
Have you always wanted to travel the world on a luxury liner? The Cruises & Ship Travel themed area in Hall A6 is dedicated to maritime travel of all kinds.
Water sports await you in Hall B6: canoes, stand-up paddling, diving equipment. With the paddling lake and the SUP lake, it might even get a little wet here.
Bike courses, caravanning and faraway countries
- The new Hall C6 is all about bikes in all their facets. Professionals will be doing their laps on the course, experts will be giving tips on the bike stage and exhibitors will be showing their latest models - from classic to trekking, mountain and e-bikes.
- The Health & Wellness area (A5) is the place to relax: On the massage chair, visitors dream of their own whirlpool and learn about brand new products for relaxation. There are also important tips for a healthy diet.
- You can plan your next holiday in the Travel area (Halls A4, A5 and A6). Whether long-distance trips, destinations in Central, Northern and Eastern Europe or holiday hotspots in Bavaria - the wide world is pretty close here. Fans of the Balearic Islands will get more information this year: Mallorca and Menorca will have their own stands for the first time. The Czech Republic, f.re.e.'s partner country, will be exhibiting in Hall 4, Stand 404.
- Wanderlust guaranteed: In line with the trend towards mobile travelling, the Caravanning & Camping area has been given more space. In Halls B4 and B5 you can see the latest camping vehicles - from luxury liners to folding caravans. Hall C5 presents house and awnings, car roof tents and camping accessories.
